Schedule of Meetings

The regular monthly meetings are 1:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. Meetings are in the Executive Boardroom, RCED 232, Donald W. Reynolds Center for Enterprise Development, Walton College of Business, unless noted below.

Regular and called Staff Senate meetings are open to all. Meetings are hybrid and can be joined online live using MS Teams. Email ssenate@uark.edu for the link and any further assistance.

The monthly meetings feature detailed verbal reports from representatives of the Office of Human Resources and the Transit and Parking Department. They answer questions during their allotted agenda time as well.

The annual Staff Senate retreat replaces the July regular meeting; it is open only to senators and invited guests. Special meetings may be called as provided in the Staff Senate bylaws.
